With word of mouth giving way to digital and their 20th anniversary approaching, Perfect Smile chose to market for the first time. In just two days, we produced 260+ pieces of original conversion content - enough to power their ads, website, socials, and hiring for over a year.

For two decades, Perfect Smile thrived on word of mouth, thanks to the dedication of husband-and-wife team Tim Dang and Annie Pham. But as younger generations became a crucial patient base, competitors began stealing patients online in seconds. With growth slipping and their 20th anniversary approaching, they decided to market for the first time.
Without prior marketing investments or experience, we decided to create the biggest impact in the shortest time possible. That meant an intense two-day production with their entire team, resulting in more than 30 long-form videos, 30 short-form reels, and 200 photos - over 12 months of conversion content in just two days, taking their ads, website, socials, and hiring to the next level.
Our partnership focused on three key goals. First, to boost new patient acquisition online. Second, to highlight culture and team with content that engaged potential hires, supporting hiring campaigns and a dedicated careers page. Lastly, to enrich the experience of existing patients with educational, follow-up, and holiday greeting videos.
An all-hands shoot covering 260+ assets is a big deal. We spent three days with Tim and Annie at their two locations, planning every word and angle. We learned about their journey, dedication to serving others, and how deeply they care for their team. When the day arrived, 30 colleagues, 4 patients, and 3 from our crew gave their all in return. Everyone brought their best and refused to disappoint.



Great selling no longer looks like selling. To capture what it’s like to visit and work at Perfect Smile, we showed it authentically instead of talking about it. Entertainment and attention became the motto of our short-form vertical content, with team interviews full of laughter, skits, dances, FAQs, and much more. See for yourself.
Any dentist can market how great their care is. But if someone stays loyal for 10, 15, or even 20 years, you know the practice is doing something right. We made sure participants felt no pressure in front of the camera and guided the interviews as natural, curious conversations. Their affection for the team and brand came through in the most genuine way.
Production days are the ultimate culture test: 30+ people with no camera experience and 260+ visuals to capture, a perfect recipe for tension. But not at Perfect Smile. The team spirit and passion we hoped for came through on video and behind the scenes. Everyone was supportive, stuck to the plan, and it was clear they genuinely enjoy spending time together.
While much of our work highlighted the overall experience, most of our long-form content focused on key services and their benefits. Invisalign videos showcased remote dental monitoring and in-face visualization, while implant videos explained the planning process and trusted suppliers. And of course, we can’t forget the cool drone shots in our office tour.
After the shoot, Tim and Annie invited us to join their family at a local Sunday mass, giving us a glimpse into where their dedication and care truly come from. Their faith has guided them to build something special, and we’re deeply grateful for their trust and success.
