The beginning of our $0 to $4M journey

Trident's story began in 2019 with a vision to reinvent the dental experience, transforming it into a relaxing and enjoyable spa beach resort vacation. From the start, we supported that vision as Trident's partner, guiding everything from interior design and brand identity to digital experiences and patient acquisition.

At the center of this practice are Dr. Shibani Raja and Nikul Patel, a husband and wife team committed to growing Trident into a multi-location success story. In just a few years, the practice grew to $4M in annual revenue, became the top-rated dental clinic in Sunnyvale, and doubled its capacity by expanding into the space next door.

Beach-themed dental experiences

We designed Trident’s environment to feel clean and anxiety-free. A white minimal interior with accents of Trident Ocean Blue set the tone, while first impressions came through massage chairs and refreshments. To extend comfort, we added spa-inspired touches like overhead TVs, blankets, lip balm, and lavender hot towels.

Consistency was built into every detail, from hiring friendly personalities through tailored campaigns to aligning embroidered uniforms. The beach theme carried through the space with coastal art and treatment rooms named after exotic destinations like Bora Bora and Maui, creating a seamless patient experience that felt more like a resort than a dental clinic.

One principle, dentistry from the heart

To create consistent online and offline experiences, a strong brand identity and language were essential. Anchored in a blue ocean color palette and paired with Roboto typeface in varying weights, the aesthetics remain minimal and distraction-free, reinforcing the same anxiety-free comfort patients experience during treatment.

At the foundation of this brand was a new logomark embodying “dentistry from the heart.” Professional and modern, yet playful and welcoming, the symbol merged the tooth with the indispensable sign of empathy - the heart. Crisp photography and video present the Trident experience across all touchpoints and campaigns.

Digital systems built for conversion

Digital experiences were designed with conversion as the top priority. Clean and minimal website built to keep patients engaged while reducing friction. Strategic landing pages support ongoing marketing campaigns with offers like Express Checkup or Invisalign Day, bringing targeted traffic from ads directly into tailored funnels.

SEO was developed as a long-term growth engine beyond paid campaigns. Optimized service pages secure leading rankings across the region, while blogs and link-building build authority around competitive searches like “Sunnyvale dentist.” This mix of technical optimization, content, and authority keeps Trident at the top in the most competitive markets.

Content that builds trust and sells fast

People hate going to the dentist and they hate ads. We changed both by building a practice where checkups feel like vacations and ads feel like messages from a friend. Regular content shoots keep ad campaigns fresh and authentic, showing Trident in a welcoming way, and along the way we grew to 50k followers on TikTok.
