When Dr. Youseph Anwar took over Mountain Bay Dental in Los Gatos, CA, back in 2022, things weren’t looking bright. The practice was barely hanging on, with 2.4 stars on Google, 2.8 on Yelp, and a reputation that scared more people away than it brought in.

After trying and failing with another agency, Dr. Anwar reached out to us for what we now call an emergency saving plan. And that’s exactly what it was, an all-hands-on-deck mission to revive a dying practice.

The challenge: bad reviews, low morale, and a 90s horror aesthetic
