The most packed content shoot day ever at Kanopi Kids

7 AM, cameras rolling. By the time most people were having breakfast, our team was already deep into what turned out to be the most ambitious content shoot we’ve ever pulled off at Kanopi Kids. 😅

Between short-form reels, behind-the-scenes footage, and a full documentary, it was a 10-hour marathon that captured everything this brand stands for: warmth, creativity, and courage under pressure.

The morning rush

The day kicked off at 7 AM with a round of short-form verticals for social media. The goal was to show the human side of the clinic, the real smiles, the real laughter, and the real people behind every appointment.

By 9 AM, cameras were already rolling on our first patient journeys with an 8-year-old and a 17-year-old, each with their own story to tell. Then came a 4-year-old, followed by a family with 2- and 3-year-olds. Getting perfect footage with one small child can be tricky enough, so we decided to invite five. 🎬

The afternoon marathon

After lunch, we shifted gears into something bigger: a full case study documentary with Dr. Youseph Anwar. The rest of the day, all the way until 5 PM, was spent capturing how Kanopi Kids came to life, from naming and branding to construction and opening day.

Every shot told a story of a practice built not just with vision but with resilience.

The story behind the brand

People say true friends reveal themselves during hard times. For Dr. Anwar, that moment came when Kanopi Kids was still just an idea, with no identity, no recognition, and $750K in debt.

On top of soaring costs, the construction site was broken into twice, equipment was set on fire, and major delays threatened the grand opening. It could have easily fallen apart.

But it didn’t. Together, we built something that turned chaos into creativity and setbacks into storytelling.

From crisis to celebration

Despite every challenge, Kanopi Kids launched on time with a full waiting list, glowing reviews, and a brand experience families couldn’t stop talking about.

From the cheerful name and visual identity to the beloved mascot and custom plush toys, every detail was crafted to make children feel safe, excited, and cared for.

The documentary we filmed that day captures all of it: the struggles, the breakthroughs, and the heart behind it all.
